Welcome

I am currently Instructor of Greek and Latin in the CUNY Graduate Center's Language Reading Program. I have previously served as Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and as Adjunct Assistant Professor at CUNY Hunter College. I received my Ph.D. in Classics from the CUNY Graduate Center in 2022. My research focuses on the figure of Socrates, his role in the intellectual history of Greece, and his legacy in later philosophical traditions. I teach broadly in the languages, literature, history, and philosophy of ancient Greece and Rome.

This site includes information about my current research projects, teaching experience, and academic interests. I welcome opportunities for conversation and collaboration; please feel free to reach out by email.
